This morning I asked the Church Commissioner what steps the Church of England is taking to strengthen its parish ministry. I paid tribute to the Bishop of Ramsbury, Andrew Rumsey for his work on saving the parish and congratulate him on his appointment to review the use of church buildings across the country.
