This morning I asked The Chief Secretary to the Treasury about encouraging the Kickstart Scheme before it runs out in March. I commend the 130 new jobs created in my constituency, for young people under the scheme.
We have an absolute moral obligation to steward the natural environment that we live in, and to ensure a good living for the people who look after the land.
