Following the high winds and stormy weather this weekend, I do hope that there has not been too much damage to homes and property in this area. However, I am conscious that residents in Burbage and Great Bedwyn have been left without power. I have spoken with Wiltshire Council and Cllr Stuart Wheeler who tell me that Scottish & Southern Electricity Network (SSEN) is working hard to restore the supply as quickly as possible. Please do let me know if there are any urgent issues and I will escalate them to SSEN
