Last Summer, residents of Little Cheverell were left without internet and phone access for more than three weeks after damage caused by a falling tree.
Since then, I have been asking Openreach to provide a detailed timeline to explain the delay in repairing the issue, and to determine which agency was responsible. Openreach have refused to provide this, and today I have escalated the matter to the company's CEO.
